Numa Rentals – Guest Policies

Below you will find all essential policies that help ensure a smooth and transparent experience when booking with Numa Rentals. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: For individual reservations, changes or cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
45 to 15 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a 50% fee of the total reservation amount.
Less Than 15 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.

Full housee rental

Free Cancellation, For Full housee rental: changes or cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
60 to 30 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a 50% fee of the total reservation amount.
Less Than 30 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.

Full house rental Security deposit:

A security deposit of MXN 8.000 of the rental amount will be debited and refunded in full or in part at the end of the rental depending on the condition of the house as noted by our team.

This lump sum does not exclude the customer's full liability for any damage exceeding this amount.

Electricity Supply

Please note that Punta Zicatela’s electrical infrastructure can be fragile, and area-wide power outages lasting several hours may occur, especially during high-demand periods (e.g., New Year’s Eve, Semana Santa).

As these outages are beyond our control, they do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

Location Notice

Numa Rentals is located in the vibrant heart of La Punta Zicatela, just 150 meters from the beach.

We are surrounded by restaurants and bars (typically closed by 11:00 PM, except during holidays and major events).

If you are looking for a quiet and secluded environment, our accommodations may not be the best fit.

Noise concerns do not qualify for refunds, so please consider this before completing your booking.

Weather & Heat Conditions

La Punta is situated in a tropical climate zone, where temperatures are consistently warm and humidity is high year-round.

Please note:

Casa Omi - We do not have air conditioning, hot water and television in any room.

Casa Omi - Each accommodation includes two fans for air circulation.

We recommend that guests sensitive to heat or humidity take this into consideration prior to booking.

House Rules

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Check-out: Until 11:00 AM

We kindly ask guests to respect these times to allow us to properly prepare the house for the next arrival. We appreciate your cooperation.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

If you plan to arrive early, you are welcome to request early check-in. Please contact us in advance.

Late check-out may also be possible depending on availability. Please contact us in advance.

No Pets Allowed

As much as we love animals, pets are not permitted in any of our accommodations to ensure comfort for all guests.

Not Suitable for Young Children

Casa Omi is not suitable for children under 14 years old due to property layout and safety considerations.

Numa Rentals is not affiliated with any local rental companies, restaurants, bars, or tour operators and holds no financial interest in their services. We do not assume responsibility for any issues, incidents, or disputes that may arise from interactions with these third-party providers.
